Project Msheireb, Dohaland Phase 1 C is a complex of buildings with varying occupancy purposes, mostly living areas, commerce and office. It is also a project certified LEED gold status, meaning strict and complex specifications and documentation had to be followed during the bidding phase.
This projects wants to harmonize futuristic architecture with the roots of the Qatari culture by building a bridge between modern times and tradition.
